Mike The Schwartz. Recovery specialist for coaches.
Hey coach.Your clientsare burnt out,not lazy.
Performance starts with recovery.
Skipped sessions, stalled results, homework that never happens. Burnout looks a lot like laziness, and the fix starts somewhere else. I make music for coaches and their clients to sleep deep, focus and flow, so they recover and the results follow.
Music is the secret weapon. Bio-ambient art rock, neuroacoustic by design.

Capable people. Empty tank.
You wrote a smart program. Your clients skip sessions, stall out and tune out on the homework. They show up flat, sore and short-tempered, or they stop showing up.
Laziness is the easy read. Burnout is the accurate one. Often the most driven clients burn out first, because they give everything.
Stress goes in one pile.
Your clients run like honey badgers: tough, relentless, hard to stop, until the nervous system stops them. It does not sort stress by source. A hard session, a hard conversation, a bad night and a screen at midnight all land in the same pile.
Six zones feed that pile. When it overflows, active recovery stops working. Breathwork and meditation on an empty system work like jump-starting a dead battery. The system needs a charge first.
You can see it from your side: missed sessions, underperformance, tuned-out homework, injury, illness, irritability and mood swings. Pushing harder adds one more weight to the pile.
You want better results, longer retention and clients who refer their friends. Recovery makes that possible, and music is the fastest way I know to deliver it.
The stress pile
Six zones, one pile
Physical
Training load, injuries, sleep debt and long days on your feet.
Emotional
Pressure at work, strain at home and big feelings with nowhere to go.
Nutritional
Skipped meals, low fuel, and caffeine and sugar standing in for food.
Chemical
Alcohol, stimulants and the environmental load of daily life.
Electromagnetic
Screens, late-night scrolling and the constant hum of devices.
Thermogenic
Heat and cold: hot rooms, ice baths, saunas and freezing commutes.
The secret weapon
Music that works on the nervous system
I am the assistant coach for coaches. Recovery strategy, burnout recovery and the principle that less is more for sustainable performance are my lane. The tool is neuroacoustic, bio-ambient art rock, built to meet the brain where it is.
Sleep deep
Evening tracks step the brain down through alpha, theta and delta, an off-ramp into deep sleep.
Focus
Morning tracks start in alpha, calm and alert, so the day begins from a steady place.
Flow
Flow Rx sits at 7.5 Hz, between theta and alpha, with gamma as the peak. Built for the zone.
Coaches say
Straight from the field
They feel a difference.Creating custom music to support my yoga and clinical practice was a beautiful and simple experience thanks to Mike’s expertise in the science of music. He was able to take my abstract concepts and themes, and compose tracks that help clients shift into the state needed to embody and integrate the physical skills in our sessions. I get constant positive feedback from clients on how the music supports the sessions, and they feel a difference with the songs.
It’s prescriptive and dosed. It wasn’t ‘listen to this for four hours’ like I thought it would be and thought it should be until you sent it. Each frequency has a purpose, a dosing principle and saturation point. It did what it promised to do. And it made me smile.
A game changer.Mike’s music really is a game changer for athletic performance, recovery and athlete well-being. It is like a sharp-edged sword of the lifter’s performance world. Mike’s music is for anyone wanting to take their training and competition performance to new heights and prioritise their overall health and wellness.
Truly never felt better.[Mike’s coaching took] my preparation to the next level. I have truly never felt better and more confident going into a competition!!

Tour
The Music for Recovery and Performance tour
This tour, also called Gyms & Jams, is a one-day workshop for coaches and their clients. It costs you nothing to host, and everyone attends pay what you want, $25 minimum. I set up in your gym, studio or living room and we educate and empower both sides of the coaching relationship: how to recognize burnout before it happens, and what to do to drive better performance and results in the gym and in life. Tap your state or province on the map, tell me where you would like it, and I will reach out to set it up. It runs as an exchange, and the full picture is just below.
Rather skip the map? Book a 20-minute call with me.

The trail
A one-day workshop at every stop
What happens in your room
The brief
A talk with you in the room, almost like a podcast, with the spotlight on you. We take a theme you see in your clients, then open it up as a roundtable. Your clients ask questions and we dig into the biggest problems on the floor.
The session
Hands on, sitting with the music. A guided sonic meditation with a language game attached to a track: set a goal, downshift, and feel what flow and stress-free feel like. I walk through the brain waves, the album and when to use each track, in your day and in your training.
The reset
A recovery reset challenge for your clients and your future clients. Take the albums, the licensing and the mentorship community home at a price built for volume, so every coach and every client can afford it. Coaches who license the music can use it with their own clients.
Go deeper. For the coaches who want it: a custom album recorded for you, your clients and your brand, shaped by sound, strength and story, and custom soundtracks for individual clients and coaches, built with muscle testing. Priced separately.
The exchange
How this works
Here is the full picture. I am touring this like an artist, and I am running it as an exchange. I teach you and your clients what I know about recovery. In return I get a stage to show more people what music can do for performance and recovery, and, where you can offer one, a couch or spare bed that keeps my overhead down.
The night
Tickets are pay what you want with a $25 minimum, like any show. Ticket sales split 80/20: I keep 80% and you earn 20% on every ticket sold.
The merch
Albums and music are available at every stop for the people who want to take the sound home. I am an artist, and merch sales at the stop are how I get to the next stop.
The fit
My programs, music licensing and the mentorship community are there for coaches who want them. We talk about it when it makes sense for you.
The room and the stay. We aim for free spaces: your gym, a living room, a corporate co-work space. A couch or spare bed is welcome where you have one. We settle the space and the stay on a call before anything is booked, and that call is where we both decide whether this makes sense.
What I am testing. This tour is also an experiment. I want to see how strong my relationships are, and how many people in my world will back this work. The reward is more people hearing the bio-ambient music I make for performance and recovery. You keep the workshop either way.
Pass it on
If it works, share it.
If this works for your clients, you probably know another coach who is watching the same burnout happen. Tell them. When someone you send ends up working with me, I say thank you properly: 20% of what they spend, whether or not you and I ever work together.
Share it
Send a coach, a gym owner or a friend my way, and tell me who you sent.
Get thanked
You receive 20% of what the people you send spend with me. I keep it simple and I keep it fair.
Go further
Coaches who want to build with me can become official partners and earn the same 20% on every sale they make, across the board: tickets, albums, licensing and programs.
The community
Music Recovery for Coaches.
Music Recovery for Coaches is home base for coaches, their clients and the artists who make the music. It is powered by MusicFit Records, the record label I built for coaches.
Nature is in the lineup too. I turn the trees, rivers and living landscapes of every place I visit into sound, through biofeedback and biosonification.
Two ways in for coaches
- 1Official partner. License the neuroacoustic protocols, use them with your clients and earn 20% on every sale you make.
- 2MusicFit Records featured artist. Release your own music to your own audience.
Where I stand
Art is art. Not an algorithmic asset.
Streaming works well for the platforms. Artists deserve fair pay and a fair say. A few of my songs sit on the big platforms so people can find me. The full catalogue lives on artist-friendly platforms and right here, where you hear it from me.
